All the mobile home sites come fully serviced with all the necessary connections. This allows the residents to plug into the mains electricity and water supply.
If a resident decides to leave the park a sale arrangement can be organised by the management provided that the mobile home condition can be considered suitable for re-sale.
If the owners wish to organise their own sale outside of the park they are free to do so.
All maintenance is carried out by the management (from grass cutting to deck building) and any other small problems that may arise are all taken care of.
Pets are also allowed on site, provided they are properly supervised by the owners. |
